We back your site up once a day so your data is only ever 24 hours old at the latest should anything catastrophic happen.
Of course, for more peace of mind, we strongly encourage our customers to perform regular backups themselves, which can be easily achieved through either the Windows Admin console or the Linux Admin console on your site (depending on the server platform you prefer). This means that you have the most current version of your site with you at any time.
